Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro

- Las Vegas, NV

A modern retake of the classic French restaurant. The bar and lounge sports a hand-blown glass “bubble” chandelier high overhead, and custom-colored French encaustic tiles underfoot.  A long bar of dark stained oak and a zinc bartop abuts a soaring wine and liquor display.  The raw bar and cheese/charcuterie station in white marble flank the wine tornado - a fourteen-foot high millwork display featuring the restaurants wine.  Backing up to the bar, the oversized walk-in "vintrine" houses both white and red wines in separately cooled rooms.  Black Murano chandelier light the main dining room with seating in white, blue and brown fabrics.  Original commissioned artwork and antiqued mirrors line the walls. Private dining rooms are intimate, while the terrace seating provides a direct view to the Strip.
